Solutions by business type
Loyalty that fits your business
A coffee shop is not retained the way a spa is. Here is, trade by trade, the reward mechanic, the right follow-up rhythm and the field benchmark we apply with our clients, no app to install, straight into Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.
Pick your business
Each card shows the program we would set up in your shop on day one. It is not a menu of options: it is a default recommendation, which we then tune to your margins and your clientele.

Three decisions, and the program is set
A loyalty program that works comes down to three choices, not thirty. The mechanic: stamps (one visit, one stamp) when the ticket is stable, points per dollar when it varies. The reward: desirable enough to bring people back, cheap enough to stay profitable: a free product almost always beats a percentage off. The threshold: close enough to feel reachable on the second visit, far enough that the habit forms before the gift lands.
Automated follow-ups come next: birthday, inactivity, unclaimed reward, top customers. Once set, they run on their own, and setting them with you is part of the onboarding.
What our deployments show
At a pilot restaurant client in Montreal, over 45 days: 283 cards created, a 46 % return rate (nearly one cardholder in two came back at least once), 768 scans over the period, close to three visits per active card. Average sign-up time at the counter: under 15 seconds, with no friction reported by the floor team.
To size up your own numbers, the ROI calculator starts from your average ticket, your footfall and your margin.
Frequently asked questions
My business is not on the list: does it still work?
Yes. The only requirement is customers who come back. The playbooks above are starting points: we build from your numbers (average ticket, frequency, margin) to set the mechanic and the reward threshold.
Stamps or points: how do I choose?
Stable ticket and frequent visits (coffee, barber, car wash): stamps. Variable ticket (restaurant, retail, spa): points per dollar. When in doubt we start with stamps: it reads faster for the customer at the counter.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. The card is added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet with a single QR scan. No app, no account to create, and the balance updates remotely after every visit.
How long does it take to launch?
One to two weeks in practice. The tablet is installed on site, the card is branded with your colours, the program is tested in real conditions and your team is trained in a single visit.
Can I change the reward after launch?
Yes, at any time from the dashboard. The twice-monthly check-in included in our onboarding exists for exactly that: adjusting the threshold, the reward and the push targeting based on results.
