Loyalty cards for barbershops
Your clients already come back every three to four weeks. The card makes that habit visible, and catches the ones who drift.
What we hear most often
- Tuesdays and Wednesdays are dead while Saturday overflows.
- Word of mouth works, but nothing rewards it.
- A paper card left at home means a lost stamp and an annoyed client.
The program we set up
- Mechanic
- Stamps, reward on the 8th cut.
- Reward
- A free cut, or beard trim included.
- Follow-up
- 35-day inactivity, plus a midweek offer to fill Tuesdays.
- Field note
- Referral works especially well here: people recommend their barber unprompted.
The nudge that brings people back
Two uses: catch anyone past five weeks, and fill a slow day by sending the offer the evening before.
Chairs open tomorrow afternoon. Reply to this message to take one.
Frequently asked questions
What about referrals?
A standalone coupon can be sent to any client who brings someone in. It lives in their wallet and scans like a normal reward.
Do I need booking software?
No. ARSOM runs on its own with a tablet at the counter. You keep whatever booking system you already use.
